REFUND, RETURNS, and EXCHANGES
Pick Up (via Third Party Courier / Personal Driver) Liability
As our items are sensitive to temperature and movement, our liability is only until the rider receives the order. Soy Yummy will not be responsible for any product damages that may occur during transit.
Wrong Product Given
Please inform us immediately through our social media pages (FB: Soy Yummy, IG: @soyyummyph). We’ll schedule the replacement item for delivery on our next delivery to the said area.
For replacement of wrong products, please store the products properly and keep them in good condition. We’ll be scheduling a return and exchange as soon as possible.
Spoiled Products / Unsatisfactory products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is spoiled, unsatisfactory, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In order for us to complete your basket, we usually require 1-2 days lead time as the items are made to order. In the event that we deliver an incomplete basket, please inform us immediately through our social media pages (FB: Soy Yummy, IG: @soyyummyph). We’ll schedule the replacement item for delivery on our next delivery to the said area, or for out of stock items, we could provide a refund for the said item.
If the refund request has been approved, please message us your bank details or e-wallet details to make a request for the refund. We’ll be sending the screenshot of the transfer once it is completed. The customer may also leave the refund amount as store credit for their next purchase, please inform us on our Facebook page on which process is more convenient.
